Demandbase Marketing Personnel

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage account-based marketing campaigns using the Demandbase platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target account lists and develop personalized messaging and content for ABM campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on various digital channels, including display, social, and search, using Demandbase's targeting capabilities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and drive increased engagement with target accounts.
• Work closely with the marketing operations team to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of ABM campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in account-based marketing and demand generation, and proactively suggest new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on leveraging the Demandbase platform and ABM strategies to achieve their marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support pipeline generation activities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams on Demandbase usage and ABM concepts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our target market, buyer personas, and industry landscape to drive effective campaign targeting and segmentation .

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) working with the Demandbase platform, implementing and optimizing account-based marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of account-based marketing strategies, demand generation, and digital advertising techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and a good understanding of complex sales cycles is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in demand generation, account-based marketing, or the Demandbase platform are desirable.

Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Experience with programming in Excel VBA, Python.
• Knowledge of building bespoke ETL solutions, and extracting data using Data APIs.
• MS SQL Server (data modelling, T-SQL) for managing business data and reporting.
• Ability to design, build and manage data pipelines for data structures encompassing data transformation, data models, schemas, metadata and workload management.
• A combination of IT skills, data governance skills, analytics skills and economics knowledge.

Senior Sales Force Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new and enhancements of existing SFDC Platform and Force.com cloud-based applications, including systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background · Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools and developing custom integration solutions.
• Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Design, implement and support features for the Salesforce Communities & Knowledge project

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate technology environment developing SFDC technology programs is required. · Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) APEX code design techniques and methodologies including development tools, quality assurance/control. 3 years of experience functioning as Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition or higher Solid understanding of system architecture and system design (SFDC /CRM and Force.com) is required.

Responsibilities

• PowerApps Developer would be responsible for designing and developing business applications and solutions using Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
• Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Work as Solution Consultant for new development of ApplicationsWorkflows.
• Participate in development of key projects.
• Production Monitoring support (Incident Management, Enhancement etc.).

Position Related Experience

• Overall 2 to 7 years of working experience on developing business applications and solutions using Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
• Worked as Solution Consultant in designing ApplicationsWorkflows.
• Experience of working on SQL Server, Oracle and Azure Devops.
• Very good understanding of SDLC process.
• Knowledge of Finance domain will be added advantage.

Technical Experience

• Highly desirable experience building business applications and solutions on Microsoft Power Apps using common Data Service or various cloud based and on-premise data sources such as Office 365, SQL Server, etc
• Experience with using multiple Data Connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow).
• Experience with re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to Power Apps solutions.
• Expert knowledge of building web parts, apps, page layouts and content types using the O365 API.
• Experience with configuring Active Directory using PowerApps.
• Experience with Visual Studio and TFS or other Source Control Management tools
